Questions asked by attendees through our #CH2023 app:
- What was your measured kpi in the nu.nl experiment about loading the app?
- What ‘s the role of research in these exp programs? 1 person could do more research than 3. Or are the programs driven by opinions?
- Could you share more examples of successful tests that came out of collaboration vs individual work?
- Who decides what “complex” mean so people are not constantly pulled together for a “collaboration work that could’ve been async?” Can we agree complex to one might not be to another?
- How do you balance between involving people and decision making? More opinions/ideas usually slows down decision making.
- Were these ideas based on data or where do you see the colleagues helping in the optimization process?
- How would you deal with increased communication complexity with exponentially increasing relationships to manage?
- How do you get people to really think and work along in generating hypotheses, whilst they show inactivity in working with you, f.e. because they feel they don’t have the time to work with you?
- What happened “after” the successful programs? Was there a long-term process established for collaboration?
- If you work in small teams with little variation in people. How can you come up with new ideas?
