#CH2022: Sarah Gagestein
Biography
How the user’s brain works and how you can persuade this brain has always been among the favorite sessions of our event. When asking about which topics or speakers to invite, one of our early bird attendees mentioned Sarah Gagestein. This attendee also said: “because of her framing expertise.”
The name did ring a bell with me, but far away. I was triggered about the “framing expertise” and started my online search. I found the books Sarah (co-)published. I remembered reading “Do not think about a pink elephant,” and I bumped into her most recent book, Master Framer: The complete framing guide, for everyone who wants to convince everyone.
Fascinating knowledge to share at The Conference formerly known as Conversion Hotel, but while Sarah is running a communication agency in the Netherlands, I learned she is currently living in Berlin. Luckily for all of us, Sarah accepted to take the travel to Texel to enlighten all of us with her framing knowledge.
