I first saw Natasha speak at an event in London, where her confidence, and ability to communicate complexity stood out. I later connected her to the Conversionboost conference in Copenhagen where she took the stage and delivered. This year, her team’s work at Sky was also nominated for the Experimentation Culture Awards, giving me an even deeper look into how she approaches experimentation. That case was inspiring, and one of the main reasons I knew we need Natasha at #CH2025.

Our 2025 theme, “Explore the Jungles” is all about navigating complexity: messy systems, shifting touchpoints, fragmented platforms, and customers who move unpredictably between them.
