Biography

Ton is the founder of Online Dialogue – thought leaders in evidence based growth. Ton has 20 years of experience in maximizing online revenues and with his team he helps and trains companies throughout the world to be really effective at data informed growth. Besides being a consultant and a entrepreneur he is also recognized worldwide as a influential thinker, writer and public speaker on conversion optimization and digital experiments.

Ton is also the founder of the Dutch Webanalisten.nl community and the international Conversion Hotel Conference. He started blogging and programming conferences on analytics & optimization in 2007. After a while he got fed up with the traditional conference settings and organizers. To him there was not enough focus on speaking quality, topic quality, attendee quality and overall experience.

This is how it all started in 2014 with a long weekend deepdive in digital products and user behavior on the lovely island of Texel. It grew to an event for experienced digital specialists who love the field of optimization and experimentation. They travel from all over the world to share their skills. 48 hours on an island, in a fully dedicated hotel with good food and drinks, great inspirational speakers, awesome attendees and lot’s of time for round table discussions and unconference sessions.

Welcome to the new and updated Conversion Hotel – The Conference formerly known as Conversion Hotel. Ton will be your host throughout the weekend and guide you through all sessions.
