At “The Conference Formerly Known as Conversion Hotel” 2023, we are not just celebrating with speeches and music; we’re capturing the essence of our event in a unique, unforgettable way. I’m thrilled to announce the return of Tobi Lessnow, aka DJ Baldower, the creator of the Conversion Hotel theme song and a trailblazer in live sketchnote DJing.
Tobi’s talent is extraordinary and singular. He’s not just a DJ; he’s a live sketchnote DJ – perhaps the first and only one in the world. I first witnessed his incredible performance in Frankfurt at the Growth Marketing Summit. Watching him blend live techno music with samples of speakers during conference breaks was an awe-inspiring experience.
In 2017, Tobi crafted a theme song for Conversion Hotel that captured the event’s spirit. He recorded all the CRO speakers on Friday and used those recordings for a four-hour live set in the evening. It was an innovative, captivating performance that left everyone in awe.
This year, Tobi is set to elevate the event even further. He will record all of our 10 keynote speakers and create an album of 10 new tracks. Each track will feature quotes from one of the speakers, encapsulating the wisdom, humor, and insights shared on stage.
