It’s overlooked but powerful, with the potential to either guide users smoothly or silently sabotage their journey. At The Conference known as Conversion Hotel, we cherish voices who dive deep and uncover insights, especially when their delivery is Saturday evening proof. I first met Oliver while walking to the entrance of UXcon Vienna, where we showed off our blue and orange shoes to each other. He was not aware I’m a conference organizer, and I was not aware he was a keynote speaker. But once I saw Oliver on stage, his engaging storytelling and message blew me away.
