Biography
Joost is Lead Conversion Optimization @ Spotify. Born and raised in the Netherlands, but moved to Sweden 15 years ago. Joost used to be the Head of Analytics for Conversionista! in Sweden (that’s where we met him), but moved to Spotify in July 2016. Everyone always talks about Spotify on how great their Tribes, Squads and Chapter set-up is. Now we asked Joost to share the story from first hand: how is it to work at Spotify, to work at Spotify as a Lead Conversion Optimization?
