Els Aerts (BE)

Els is co-founder and managing partner of AGconsult in Belgium – they are well known for all the usability, information architecture and conversion optimization work they have done over the years. Els has a sharp mind but also the peace as a teacher to move companies gently to a better online dialogue. Els has always been a good presenter, but when she recently shared her vision on user testing (which we often call “useless testing”, because it’s too often performed wrong) – we knew we needed invite her to the Conversion Hotel stage. We are going to enjoy her sharp and spot-on talk on how to create value out of user testing.
