Biography
Aleksander helps large-scale software companies use data and controlled experimentation to transform their decision making process into an experimental laboratory. During his time as a PhD researcher at Malmö University he was an intern at Microsoft Experimentation & Analysis team where he worked on the Experimentation Maturity Model and wrote the paper “The Evolution of Continuous Experimentation in Software Product Development”. This all evolved to the Experimentation Growth Model with Crawl, Walk, Run and Fly phases. He will go in depth at Conversion Hotel 2018!
